Optical Sales Jobs East Anglia – Optical Sales Jobs Essex.Zest Medical is working in partnership with a market leading Optical Instrument manufacturer in order to recruit an experienced Ophthalmic Professional to join its Account Management team.The client is internationally recognised as a market leading brand with a portfolio of products that is unsurpassed.
Our client has an opening in its Account Management - Instruments team, where the successful candidate will strategically manage the company’s client base across the East Anglia and Essex region.The client is focused on delivering expert services and equipment to a complex industry with an instrument product portfolio that consists of edging systems, vision testers and ancillary workshop equipment.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of technical understanding in the ophthalmic sector coupled with a personable and focused attitude.
Zest Medical would be keen to discuss this position in greater depth with candidates that have technical ophthalmic experience who are focused on attaining a customer facing commercial role.Ideally be educated to HND standard with experience of working with instruments and electronic control systems.In addition, Zest Medical invites candidates who can provide documented evidence of field sales success within the optical sales environment to apply for the post.
The role will primarily focus on consolidating existing sales, identifying new business opportunities and increasing profitable sales for the Instruments team.Additionally, responsible for providing technical / breakdown cover on the full range of instruments.Requisite skill set:
·Possess a determined and results oriented attitude.
·Demonstrate a willingness to take ownership of projects.
·Knowledge and experience of negotiation techniques.
·Be flexible in ones approach coupled with excellent verbal communication skills.
