Order Fulfilment Executive – An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading company based in Ely, as an Order Fulfilment Executive. You will be managing the complete Order Fulfilment process from receipt of customer’s purchase orders to delivery, installation and invoice. You will also be providing a high level of communications throughout the whole process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process allocated Sales Orders
- Maintain contact with the customer throughout the whole Order Fulfilment Process
- Process all orders in accordance with correct procedures
- Work closely with Sales Team and ensure they are all kept up to date with the progression of the Sales Order
- Respond to queries regarding delivery dates, order amendments, removals and special requests
- Liase with the Supply Chain to ensure the availability of stock on all orders
- To communicate actual delivery date information when appropriate

- Previous Experience of working in a Sales Order Team
- Self Motivated and Team Player
- Enthusiastic
- Excellent communication and data entry skills
Salary: £18,000 (negotiable)
Hours: Standard 9-5
