Outbound Customer Service position. Hatfield £17500 to £19375
This is a proactive customer service position, you will be working within a large and established company based in Hatfied.
You will be proactivly contacting customers to follow up and conduct a telephone interview to gain feedback. Developing the conversation and enquiring about referrals and leads for business or future requirements.
We are looking for candidate who have a strong background in outbound calling, sales or proactive customer services.
