Our client, a new and dynamic Claims Company based in Sale, is looking to recruit an Outbound Customer Services Advisor to join their team. The company is situated close to the motorway and opposite the local Metrolink station and has a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer services background with the ability to use sales skills when needed. You will be required to contact clients to chase outstanding packs sent out by the Claims Officers. You will be required to help the client with any difficulties or questions with regards to filling out the documentation. Your sales skills will be required if the client are having second doubts on proceeding with their claim. You will help them to overcome any doubts and ensure that they return the right documentation. If you are unable to overcome these then you would pass them back to the claims officer who took the initial call.
In return the company will offer a salary of 13k with bonuses taking your salary up to 15k.
