We have an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Sales Advisor to join the world's number one home delivery wine merchant who delivers special wines to over 700,000 customers. With a huge network of supplier contacts, they specialise in top-quality, small production wines from growers in every corner of the wine world.
This is a challenging, consultative sales role that will involve you hitting sales targets through calling a wide range of customers, targeting them with specific wine offers based on their buying history. There is no cold calling involved. Key responsibilities will include:
*Delivering a quality service that will involve advising customers about wine selections and dealing with any questions or queries they may have
*Excellent customer service - offering a more personalised service where you will be able to talk to the customer about their wine choices and offer a range of suitable product
*Responsibility for the customer from the initial call, right though to their successful enjoyment of the wine!
Benefits include 20 days holiday, increasing up to a maximum of 25 days after 3 years service, a pension scheme after 3 years service, free parking, 40% discount off products, a sports and social club and a smart/casual dress code. Package includes basic salary and a bonus upon achieving your sales targets.
The hours for this role have a fixed shift pattern as follows:
Monday 12-7pm
Tuesday 11.30-6.30pm
Wednesday 12-7pm
Thursday 1-8pm
Friday 10.30-5.30

*Previous sales experience
*Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

Salary: 15,000 basic 17,200 OTE - potential to earn up to 400 commission per month
