This is a diverse role and the successful candidate will be required to provide first class organisational, secretarial and administrative support to the Property & Development Director. Duties and responsibilities will include producing Management and Board Reports, taking minutes at meetings, circulating minutes and ensuring follow up work is actioned; diary and travel arrangements, maintaining accurate files and records; processing invoices and expenses, etc. Applicants will need to demonstrate a tenacious attitude, be used to handling confidential information and have good communication skills.A key responsibility will be to anticipate the needs of the office and to plan ahead, whilst managing a number of tasks at the same time. You will also possess excellent word processing skills and, with minimal supervision, produce accurate, quality work.Flexibility is essential as there will be occasions when you will be required to work additional hours to see a particular job / project through to completion. |
