PA / SECRETARY
LOCATION: Hull
SALARY AND BENEFITS: 1 year fixed contract

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Previous experience of secretarial and administrative work
Level 3 qualification
Excellent IT related skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Audio and copy typing experience
Minute taking
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work on own initiative
ROLE INFORMATION:
Providing senior secretarial based support
To carry out administrative and secretarial based tasks
To arrange agendas and take minutes at meetings
Taking dictation when required
Managing electronic diaries and making appointments
Working closely with internal members of staff.
