This leading Distributor is seeking a PA to Director/Sales Administrator to join their busy Sales and Marketing Department. They offer an excellent working environment with the opportunity to progress long term
Key responsibilities will include:
Your duties will include all standard organisation and communication on behalf of the Director. You will also be asked to work in a team capacity with support staff from other dimensions of the business ensuring all presentations and reports are completed for large projects on time.
Calling customers with details of any available promotions/discounts
Processing sales administration documentation
Key skills required:
Good knowledge of Ms Word & Ms Excel
Fast accurate keyboard skills
They are looking for a dynamic individual who has considerable PA experience .Experience within the property sector is a distinct advantage and typing skills both audio/copy will be tested.
