PA to Commercial Director, Stevenage
Team Band A
Salary circa £30,000 depending on experience.
Your role:
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior level PA at our offices based in Stevenage. The role requires a proactive, efficient and highly professional candidate to provide PA support to the Commercial Director.
This is an extremely busy and demanding role and therefore shorthand experience is absolutely essential as is the ability to interpret, organise and work with complex, and often confidential, data. Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills are also required as duties will include diary management, co-ordination of meetings and organisation of travel and accommodation arrangements. It is essential that you have a good skill level in the Microsoft Office suite and experience of inbox management.
The ideal candidate will be confident, astute, possess great communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and must be prepared to travel on occasions to support the Commercial Director as required.
