My client, a property company based in Chelmsford, are currently seeking a superstar PA to provide full 1:1 support to their Managing Director.
The hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm and you will be required to work late when there are projects or last minute deadlines that pop up.
Duties:
·Extensive diary management.
·The production of PowerPoint presentations.
·Compilation and typing of minutes, agendas, correspondence, etc – including both copy and audio typing.
·Organise meetings and ensure availability of appropriate information/equipment, refreshments, board packs etc.
·Management of all travel arrangements and itineraries.
·Presentation of data, reports and programs
·Field incoming telephone calls and queries.
·Process incoming correspondence and information, directing to team members as appropriate.
·Collate expenses, time sheets, invoices and bills.
·Filing.
·Ensure supply of office equipment.
·Organise and carry out filing and archiving of correspondence/information.
Skills:
·Demonstrable prior experience in a similar high profile, highly demanding role, ideally in a relevant property sector organisation.
·Proven experience of managing complex schedules and conflicting priorities in terms of diary management, travel itineraries, etc.
·Proven track record in communicating effectively and developing strong professional relationships with senior executives, both internally and externally.
·Exceptionally technology literate, possessing well developed practical knowledge of all MS Office applications and, specifically, Advanced Word, Intermediate Excel and Advanced PowerPoint skills.
