SALARY AND BENEFITS: circa £25000
SUMMARY:
A key client of ours based within easy access of the A1 is looking to recruit a PA ideally with experience at Financial Director support level.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Strong PA experience at Board level
- Excellent communication & organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Highly knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Professional manner
- Ability to take initiative
- Experience of liaising with high profile clients
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
ROLE INFORMATION:
Usual PA duties including:-
- Diary management
- Minute taking (although shorthand not essential)
- Preparation of information for meetings
- Copy typing
