Our client is a semi-government oil and gas company. They are currently working on a variety of projects in petrochemicals especially high viscosity fluids. They are looking for professionals to support production project and the field with applied production chemistry support, based on design, project FEED, field feedback on laboratorium testing results, field studies, souring effects and general production chemistry operational and HSE aspects .

The main responsibilities will include:
- fluid analysis (steam, oil, water, waste, gas, chemical)
- field management for down hole and surface/pipeline production systems on wax, scaling, corrosion,? flow assurance, intergrated water/steam management , crude and produced water quality and compatibility
- provides field support for engineering, operations, process, corrosion engineering etc
- chemical treatment application as well as technical input in all water treatment aspects of produced water, steam quality, injection water and effluent water projects
?- monitor environmental issues and investigate bacterial activity
- maintain HSE target


Skills
- vast experience working in subsurface production
- vast experience in both technical and supervisory positions with significant exposure to drilling fluids, cementing and simulation activities and associated tools and equipment
- well-developed man-management and communication skills
Qualifications
?- degree qualified, ideally in chemical engineering or geology (or similar)
