Job Description:

Our client one of the largest Financial Services Organisations in the world is seeking an experienced administrator to join their pensions department in Bristol.

Main responsibilities will include administering Stakeholder Pensions, Group Personal Pensions and Trust Based Pension schemes from cradle to grave.The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing a high quality service that internal and external customers expect, managing complex pension queries and carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, whilst providing effective solutions to client needs.

The Person:

-Previous experience gained in administering Stake Holder Pensions, Group Personal Pensions and Trust Based Pension schemes from cradle to grave.

-A committed and reliable individual.

-Proven ability to establish rapport with customers and build lasting relationships.

-Excellent Customer Service skills.

-Confident telephone manner and good written and verbal communication skills.
Works well independently and within a team environment.

-Excellent planning and organisation skills.

-Proven time management and problem solving skills.

-Willingness to learn and gain new skills and knowledge.

-Working towards obtaining professional qualifications CFP 1-5 (or equivalent)

Salary:

-Up to £18,000 basic, depending on skills/experience.
