An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part-qualified Fund Accountant to join an expanding and unique 'middle office' consultancy to the Real Estate and Private Equity markets. The role will entail servicing the needs of a portfolio of Real Estate clients. The candidate will liaise with the Fund's CFO and finance team and external advisors. Duties will include: tracking the financial performance of funds, preparing periodic financial statements, cash flows and associated notes, analysing financial information and asset level and fund reporting. To apply you will require a full understanding of IFRS and other relevant accounting standards preferably gained within a funds environment with the ability to write reports and solve problems. Property / Private equity funds is preferred as are self-starters capable of working on their own initiative in a niche business with ambitious expansion plans.
