Do you have experience as a Project Accountant?
A global leading financial services institute is currently recruiting for a Project Accountant. Based in the CBD you will be the key stakeholder to identify issues as well as opportunities for the business.
This highly professional and driven team of individuals is now looking for a contractor to expand their team.
As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Reporting on costing and expenditure of projects
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Maintenance of the project ledger in conjunction with the Cost Scheduling group
- Calculate and process actual expense performance
- Work with Project Managers to produce monthly expense reporting and analysis
- Analysis of key trends and issues in relation to expenses.
- Provide ad ? hoc analysis and participate on projects
- Work with business owners to develop monthly benefits tracking reports
To be considered for this position you will be a CA/CPA qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years project accounting experience gained within a Financial Institute or a large corporate environment. Additionally you will posses excellent communication skills and organisational skills are essential, and be able to work to tight reporting deadlines.
