Our Client is a high profile privately owned £100 million organisation dealing across a range of high quality Retail & Wholesale products on both a National & International basis and looking to increase its market share throughout the next few years.

They are now looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to be involved in Analysis, ensuring that User Requirements are accurately captured, and an Appropriate Solution defined.
You will be working with the In-House Development Teams & External Parties and be responsible for Managing all aspects of the Project including Scope, Risk, Timelines & Budgets to ensure successful Delivery.
You will ensure that Projects will be focused on the Transformation of Warehousing, Logistics & Operations Systems in a rapidly expanding and evolving Multi-Channel environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Planning Project work, monitoring progress and managing variances from Plan.
- Delivery of High Quality Requirements Analyses and Functional Specifications within agreed timescales.
- Advising the Development Teams in the Production of Functional Specifications and providing a Functional Review of the Specifications.
- Supporting the Business Users throughout the Planning & Execution of User Acceptance Test.
- Managing the Project Stakeholders to ensure full and appropriate involvement in the Project.
- Defining, with the Associate IT Development Director, the scope of Projects and ensuring that changes to scope are properly managed.
- Ensuring Projects Risks are identified and mitigating action taken.
- Supporting the Business Users in the development and delivery of Training and Procedural Documentation.
- Providing regular Reporting on Project Progress to Key Project Stakeholders and IT Senior Management.
Skills & Experience required:
- Good Qualifications / Education required.
- Demonstrable track record of successful IT Project Delivery.
- Formal Project Management Qualification (eg. PRINCE 2) an advantage.
