A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced property accountant to join the property management arm of a leading investment company. Dealing specifically with the accounts function of a prominent student accommodation building, and using the APB system, you will have good property experience and demonstrable skills gained from a similar role.
Duties to include:
.Invoicing for group bookings
.Monitoring and chasing of group debtors
.Assist with monthly expenditure review
.Weekly income reporting
.Bank Reconciliations
.Petty cash journals
.Review of credit card reconciliations completed by Accounts Assistant
.General ledger journals
.Banking of any cheques received in office
