An experienced Commercial Property Manager or Property Management Surveyor (RICS) with strong experience of managing a commercial property portfolio is needed to manage all aspects of a good quality commercial property portfolio in the Birmingham area. You'll be providing asset management advice to clients, mobilising project developments, managing service charges & reconciliations, managing contractors (tenders, instructions etc), preparing management reports & service charge budgets, co-ordinating building facilities staff , facilities managers and FM help-desk, attending client meetings and ensuring due diligence on disposals.
It would be a benefit if you have experience of either APB, ECS or TBS TRAMPS and are RICS qualified but is essential you have experience as a Property Management Surveyor or Commercial Property Manager:
*As a RICS Property Management Surveyor you'll need the following
*Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience within a commercial property management department acting for Landlord/Investment Clients
*Facilities Management - looking after a Facilities Manager & team
*Property Management Accounting knowledge - Statements of Account, service charges, arrears recovery, etc
*Asset Management skills
*Managing Lease events, rent reviews and expiries
*Managing tenant applications
*Sound Landlord and Tenant knowledge
*Design consultancy
*IT literate, including Word and Excel and ideally either ECS, APB or TBS TRAMPS
We recruit nationally across the UK and at the moment have a requirement for experienced Commercial Property Managers within the Birmingham and London areas and are keen to speak to people with RICS and Property Management Surveyor or Commercial Property Managers with experience in the Commercial Property sector.
