PUB MANAGER, WILTSHIRE
We have an opportunity to work in a Gastro style pub in Melksham, Wiltshire.
As a Pub Manager you will enjoy the help and understanding of a small company but the support of a large organisation to make certain that you succeed in the pub and the community.
You must demonstrate:
- Relevant experience to operate a fresh food-led pub.
- Catering experience
- Friendly personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personal License essential
This is no ordinary role, our Client is looking for somebody on a self employed basis as follows:
- Run pub and manage own staff
- Your salary will comprise of 15% of all bar sales
- 100% of food take (have to buy food and pay kitchen rent)
- pay staff from your profits
If you have a superb track record as a Pub Manager preferably within food-led pubs, and run a pub as your own then we want to hear from you........
