Our client is looking to recruit a number of Business Retention Advisors to make outbound calls to existing clients already using their conveyancing services and retain the business. Your role will be to ensure that all paper work from the Law firm has been received and the client is still happy to proceed. You are also required to up sell their conveyancing product to the client and instruct on any further sales opportunities. Specific Tasks:
Outbound customer calls to retain the conveyancing business that has already been instructed Manage TMS Manage saleslogix and provide appropriate MI Updating STARS (Solicitor Tracking and Recording System) Liaise with other departments as required Take part in team meetings to share learning and improve processes Attend appropriate client meetings with Sales Undertake training as required Make recommendations to management regarding standards, documents, environment or other improvements Perform other tasks as required by management Deliver on your promises. Attributes: Educated to GCSE/O-Level standard Understanding of HIPS and conveyancing processes Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Telephone skills IT / MS office skills (Word/Excel) Sales experience Flexible approach to working hours Weekly working hours are 5:30 to 21:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 14:00 Saturday
