(Part time opportunities exist to work Monday ? Friday 4pm ? 8pm and Saturday 9am ? 5pm.NB: These hours are not negotiable). You will work as part of a vibrant team, calling customers to arrange payment plans relating to their utilities services.
Immediate start available to successful candidates. Initial 4 Month temporary contract with a view to this being extended.
Essential Requirements:
Previous outbound call centre experience required dealing with high volume of calls. Must have excellent Customer Service skills and ideally debt collection experience.
