Role: Customer Service Team Leader
Location: S9, Sheffield
Salary: £9.98ph
Hours: Varity available from 16 to 25 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for part time customer service team Leaders to join a well established organisation based in Sheffield. Working within their modern call centre to manage a team of multi skilled advisors.
You will be required to
Lead, motivate and develop the team to provide an efficient and quality customer focused service.
Conduct regular 121’s with each individual and provide the necessary coaching and training required.
Attendance management.
Hold disciplinary and grievance investigations and meetings.
Analyse and asses development needs and providing the right solution.
Create and provide MI reports when required.
Applicants must have experience within a similar team leader and call centre based role.
Ideal applicants will be energetic, adaptable to change, customer focused, and have the ability to develop and maintain a working relationship with Advisors and Management.
We have a variety of set hours available throughout the week, although applicants need to show some flexibility in their availability.
Successful applicants will have to pass a statisfactory Credit and CRB check
