My client is one of the leading Insurance companies in the UK and is looking for a committed and experienced Customer Services Adviser, handling Personal Injury and Motor Claims. Job Specification Duties and responsibilities will include the following: The provision of a first class customer service. Compliance with all regulatory and internal systems controls. Intimating and handling claims through to settlement. Liaising with internal and external service providers. Reviewing and estimating on current claims files. Process and dispatch renewal documentation. Handling claims in accordance with laid down quality and service standards. Liaison with other Regional staff, Agents and service providers. Co-ordinate and maintain Agency Office supplies.
Personal Specification The successful candidate will need to demonstrate: A commitment to the importance of good customer care. First class written and verbal communication skills Experience in dealing with insurance sector The ability to analyse, evaluate and make logical decisions. The ability to meet challenging deadlines and department quality and service standards. Initiative and sound judgement. Knowledge of the insurance industry. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language.
