A part time Finance Manager is required for a Wakefield based business.
Reporting to the head of finance your duties will include:
- Staff supervision
- Prepare the annual accounts and annual budgets
- Payroll duties
- To manage and supervise the month-end processing
- To manage, supervise and provide monthly management reports
- Maintain financial and budgetary control systems, in particular the production and maintenance of all financial procedure notes
- Oversee the processing, authorisation and payment of invoices and expenses.
- To assist the Finance Manager in the development of systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the Finance Department
Role would ideally suit a part / qualified or qualified by experience accountant with experience of working in the public sector
Salary to £30,000 pro rata + benefits
