Our client is looking to recruit a number of Contact Centre Advisors to make outbound calls to take payment for Home Improvement Packs and offer the conveyancing product on applicable cases. Your role will be to ensure that all payments are collected in a timely fashion and you promote the conveyancing product backed up with consistent high levels of customer service. Specific Tasks:

  • Outbound customer calls to take payment and customer validation for HIPS
  • Outbound sales calls to deal with conveyancing off the back of HIPS and also faxed referrals
  • Manage TMS
  • Manage saleslogix and provide appropriate MI
  • Updating STARS (Solicitor Tracking and Recording System)
  • Liaise with other departments as required
  • Take part in team meetings to share learning and improve processes
  • Liaise closely with the customer service team to ensure queries or complaints are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Attend appropriate client meetings with Sales
  • Undertake training as required
  • Make recommendations to management regarding standards, documents, environment or other improvements
  • Perform other tasks as required by management
  • Deliver on your promises. Attributes:
  • Educated to GCSE/O-Level standard
  • Understanding of HIPS and conveyancing processes
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Telephone skills
  • IT / MS office skills (Word/Excel)
  • Sales experience
  • Flexible approach to working hours Weekly working hours will be from 17:30 to 21:00 Monday to Thursday & Friday 17:30 20:30, working one in four Saturdays 10:00 16:00
