The Company
My client is a growing chain of high end Brasseries on the high street and in a variety of fantastic locations. It is a place for relaxed enjoyment offering simple, high quality food that is authentically and regionally French; Serving the freshest food from sardines to steaks!!!. The Brasseries are a central part of the local community where you can have fun and enjoy particularly good food.
The Role
They are currently recruiting for a Part Time (3 days a week) Sales manager to take responsibility for the booking of the events and parties in the function room and Private Dining Rooms.
The role will entail visiting potential clients and carrying out show arounds to seal the deal on new business.
You will work alongside the General Manager to ensure the on going success of the restaurant and its events business.
-Develop new business opportunities for the private dining rooms
-Maximise reactive sales opportunities
-Liaise with operations team to ensure company cohesion within the venue
The Person
The successful candidate for this Assistant Manager vacancy will have a good 'foodie' background and passion for the industry and the challenges it presents.
You will be able to be self motivated and manage your time well because the position will be working solo to deliver results.
