Part-time Customer Service Operator
Haverhill
6 month contract - £13,000 pro-rata
Required for our client based in Haverhill, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Operator for a 6 month contract.
This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 14:00 and every third weekend, Saturday 08:00 to 17:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00.
The aim of the position is to ensure all customer calls are carried out in the most efficient manner meeting customers SLA requirements.
Duties will include:-
- Call receipt and despatch
- Input accurate data collection on the call handling system
- Keep the customer informed of all incomplete calls and calls outside SLA
- To monitor specific engineers in respect of call, location and status
- To log all the engineer work on the call handling system
- Ensure the Customer Service Team Leader is aware of any problems that may occur with the call handling activity
- Administration
- Collate information for statistical analysis
- Adhere to Health & Safety legislation
