Our client is a leading Property Consultancy, with a strong Asset Management team, working across the Midlands and South.
They are seeking a Partner to head up their Asset Management function, from a Birmingham base and covering the West Midlands marketplace.
Scope of Duties:
- To lead and manage the Asset Management team
- To report to the line management on a monthly basis
- To operate in an efficient manner that mirrors the business structure
- To instill the Vision and Values of the company
- To enhance and develop the brand within the Birmingham marketplace
- Cross sell introductions to other parts of the business
Responsibility and authority will include and not be limited to
- Sales and Networking
- Profit Generation
- Clients / External Relationships
- Matching Resource to Revenue including Recruitment and Redundancy
