Job Role

This is a new position within the current structure. The objective of the role is to support the company in achieving and exceeding profits. You will develop new business opportunities from current contracts and framework agreements from start to completion.You will be required to understand the success of each contract, understand where greater improvement is required and share this knowledge across the business. You will react to problems and create initiatives for improvements in efficiency, share knowledge across the business and to form strong relationships with stakeholders and Trade Unions. You will have a proven record in identifying business opportunities, bidding for contracts in a client facing role, engaging in competitive dialogue as well and overseeing service and delivery from a performance and improvement perspective.You must have experience of working within the FM public sector for volume accommodation contracts or public buildings within a Local Authority property portfolio. (social housing, MOD, ALMO or Local Authority contracts). This is a national role and can be based from any local office.
National FM provider to the public sector, this organisation has a strong contract base with secured contracts and a clear plan for business improvement. This role will support the planned growth for 2010/2011 and onwards.
