We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to help lead this pastry brigade of 2 chefs in this outstanding 5 star London property. Experience in Michelin star restaurants is needed as this is a high quality operation.
You must be a forward thinking passionate pastry chef who shows creativity, flair, and innovation with exceptional skills.
Good organization skills are essential to this role as you will be responsible for delivering high quality desserts and pastries for the restaurant, small conference and banqueting and lounge with afternoon teas.Superb leadership skills and the ability to motivate and get the best from your team are also a big part of this role. Hours are as required, as you manage your own department.
