- Managing day to day resourcing and activities of team members ensuring payroll deadlines are met
- Reviewing team performance and provide monthly reports
- Training and developing new and existing associates
The ideal candidate will have: - Financial and commercial awareness
- Strong influencing and developing skills
- Change Management, process and quality improvement
- Previous exposure of a payroll service environment would be desirable but not essential
