Job Role

The role as a Payroll Team Manager will involve:

  • Plan and manage the delivery of client payrolls, 'end of year' and P11d requirements
  • Managing day to day resourcing and activities of team members ensuring payroll deadlines are met
  • Reviewing team performance and provide monthly reports
  • Training and developing new and existing associates

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Financial and commercial awareness
  • Strong influencing and developing skills
  • Change Management, process and quality improvement
  • Previous exposure of a payroll service environment would be desirable but not essential

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
