Our client, a leading brand within their field are seeking to employ a Payroll Team Member to join their large team based in Leeds. With responsibility for processing the payroll for 27,000 employees across the country. The duties of the role will include liaison with colleagues by telephone, handling payroll queries and requests, ensuring all statutory requirements are met and general data-entry duties. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication skills due to the high phone-based workload. Sound working knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance and Statutory Payments regulation is essential. Knowledge of Resourcelink will be beneficial but is not essential. In return the position offers a salary of £16,500, and a very competitive benefits package. In addition, there are excellent opportunities for promotion within the company.
