Overview
To provide high calibre operational support for pensions (including SIPP's), ISA and unwrapped investments for a number of Plan Managers.The team process work from inception of the new business and / or transfer payment to withdrawal or transfer out of the funds.The Team also deal with retirement and deceased processing.
Job Description
- Processing new business and top ups for all products, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met – this could be paper or online based.
- Pension transfer processing including liaising with ceding scheme to ensure all regulatory information received.
- Processing of in-specie transfers including arranging trade, settlement and transfer of the stock.
- Processing of transfers out, liaising with provider to ensure transferred within the agreed timescales for ISA's or providing the correct information for the Pension product.
- Processing of Withdrawals, Switches, Deceased and Retirement cases.
- Complete AML for all clients in line with agreed procedures.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly administration tasks including Pension specific tasks such as Pension Tax Relief claims.
Person Description
- Experience of administering personal and / or occupational pension schemes is preferable.
- The successful candidate must be a team player, enthusiastic, adaptable and have a willingness to learn.
- Experience of CROSS , Excel and Word would advantageous.
- IAQ or studying towards the qualification would be beneficial.
