This respected and established Employee Benefits & Actuarial Consultancy has a reputation for excellent staff retention and career prospects for their staff.
Due to several new business wins from a major competitor, they currently require an experienced Pension Team Leader to oversee a team of pensions administrators who service a portfolio of client schemes.
Ideally you will be experienced in staff selection, motivation and disciplinary action and will also be regarded as a good problem solver.
The client has retained my services exclusively as they only want to interview quality people who aside from being good technically with either Final Salary (Defined Benefit) / Money Purchase (Defined Contribution) or both (Hybrid), also enjoy strong communication skills and are positive team managers, who can get the best out of their staff whilst still maintaining excellent client relationships.
You could be a Senior Pension Administrator or a Deputy Team Leader looking for the next step in your career. Ideally you will be QPA / PMI qualified or working towards, are not getting what you deserve from your current firm.
