You will be responsible for the following
- You will be responsible for undertaking structured reviews of customer finances
- Identify and prioritise customer needs and providing advise and recommending relevant bank products and services
- Informal coaching of the Customer Service Team techniques and lead generation
- Deputising for the Branch Manager at times
- You will be able to open up a conversation with ease and with anyone you meet
- Seeking individuals who will go beyond the call of duty to help your clients and customer
- Ensuring you build and maintain existing customer relationships
- Update customer file and/or diary system after each action
- Action postal/fax/e-mail correspondence where necessary
- Prepare batches of work for processing off-site
- Sales Lead Generation rates (either from live leads or system prompts)
- To log/deal with set number of customer concerns weekly
- Adherence to compliance procedures
The successful candidate will have the following skills- Consistently deliver a high level of customer quality sales
- Excellent Communication skills

- Worked within a Customer facing sales role
- Have worked towards sales targets
- Passion to succeed
