The Role
Personal Banking Manager
The Personal Banking Manager is responsible for selling within a Non-Regulated environment which will include personal lending, credit cards, general insurance, new accounts, savings.
Key Responsibilities:-
Help and advice to customers
Strong desire to achieve targets
Solicitation of customers face to face and on phone
Experience Required
All applicants must come from a sales background.
Preferred Background: estate agents, sales negotiator, mobile phone sales, customer account manager, personal bankers, customer service assistant, financial adviser, mortgage adviser.
Hours of work
9 - 5 mon - Friday
Some saturdays

Salary £16,000 - £22,800 depending on experience
Plus bonus (OTE £25,000 - £31,800)
