The Company
An exciting opportunity to work for First4lawyers who are one of the UK’s fastest growing personal injury organisations. We believe that accident victims should receive 100% compensation without deductions and offer a free ‘no win no fee’ service. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking to recruit highly talented full time claims advisors/paralegals with some knowledge of the personal injury claims process for our Huddersfield office.
The Role
The claims advisor/paralegal role involves initial assessment of a high volume of inbound and outbound personal injury enquires (RTA/EL/PL) over the telephone that are generated from a range of marketing sources. You will be required to evaluate legal issues of enquires and where an enquiry fulfils our criteria then the client is put in touch with a specialist panel solicitor.
You will be required to ensure that all enquiries are handled in accordance with SLA’s, KPI’s and Claims Management regulations.
The Candidate
· The ideal candidate will have completed a Law Degree and be an LPC graduate with some knowledge or experience of personal injury claims.
· Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with the public.
· Proven experience of working in a target driven and customer-focused
environment.
· Able to remain objective when dealing with clients.
· Demonstrate a natural ability to build empathy and rapport with clients.
· Self motivated, confident and enthusiastic.
· Ability to work well with others.
· Organised and able to prioritise work with excellent time management skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Professional and friendly telephone manner.
· Ability to talk on the phone and accurately record information on a case management system simultaneously.
· Computer literate (working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word).
· Ability to problem solve and use your own initiative.
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
If you are interested in working in a friendly and supportive environment to further develop your career, please email your CV with a covering letter to the HR Manager recruitment@first4lawyers.com.
