An exciting role for a Personal Motor Insurance Executive has arisen within a successful and established Insurance Company based within the Warwickshire area.
Your role will be to:
~provide Technical support for Motor Insurance
~Monitor and manage underwriting performance
~Ensure that results are in line with financial objectives
~Enable growth within target markets by developing and maintaining effective motor pricing models
~Work directly with the Motor Underwriting Manager to set Underwriting strategy
~Management, development and Leadership of a small team
~Act within risk acceptance authority levels including acceptance of upto £0.5m premium per policy
~Research, plan, agree and implement premium and pricing model changes
~Plan and implement Motor Policy cover and service changes
~Lead the delivery of technical support and guidance
~Monitor, assess and improve technical standards
~Identification, Mitigation and management of operational risks and issues
~Lead the management and development of direct reports
The ideal candidate will:
~Have 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (Including Maths and English)
~Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) (Or equivalent)
~Have experience within account underwriting/management experience at a senior level
~In depth knowledge of the Insurance Industry, ideally within Motor Industry
~Excellent delivery & leadership of project based work
