Our client is a large company based in Luton looking for an HR Officer on a 12 month contract. You will work in an HR team focusing on all areas of a generalist role. Your main responsibility will be to provide advice and support to line managers on all ER and performance issues. This will involve giving advice over the phone, face to face and attending disciplinary meetings to advise and take notes. Ideal candidates will be at least part CIPD qualified and have good generalist HR experience ideally with a focus on employee relations.You will also have experience in recruitment, training and development and coaching. Candidates on 4 weeks notice will be considered.
