Pharmaceutical Project Manager - My client is a global pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company and they are currently looking for pharmaceutical project managers at all levels.
You will act as a liaison between the client and the internal Pharmaceutical Development groups to ensure that all needs are met concerning both project budgets and timelines. Day to day, you will be managing several active projects, ensuring all assigned projects are delivered on time and you will manage the revenue and the budget. You will also be responsible for generating, updating and facilitating agreements to project plans and resolving project issues and resource constraints. Effective communication internally and externally is essential for these roles, as you will be expected to manage client satisfaction (by managing client expectations) and to provide positive leadership to the project teams. For the more senior positions you will also be expected to provide training, mentoring and support too the project managers and coordinators and to aid in the development of more junior members of staff. You will also lead strategic initiatives and solutions and suggest improvements to systems and/or processes. Educated in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or equivalent, we would expect applicants to have a background in pharmaceutical development, clinical trials manufacture or commercial manufacture and to have extensive project management, financial awareness and client contact experience.
