Pharmacy Recruitment Specialist
Partnering with both the Central Pharmacy Function and Pharmacy Field Based Teams, you will drive the process of resourcing candidates from both Internal and External sources, using the Talent, Sourcing, Recruitment and On Boarding tools, processes & systems. This integral specialist role supports the business in efficiently and cost effectively recruiting the very best candidates for the Pharmacy Division.
Using innovative search techniques, you will lead and encourage the direct hiring agenda for the function.Advising on and managing a recruitment budget of c£100,000, you will position and steer recruitment objectives inline with the Pharmacy functional strategy combined with wider business agenda.
You will have an excellent knowledge of best practice recruitment within the Pharmacy field and the confidence to advise the business on all aspects of legislation, eg. CRB checks, the vetting & barring scheme etc.
We are looking for a strategic, ambitious influencer with experience in a similar role, as this is an excellent opportunity to drive the development and growth of the recruitment agenda which very much in its infancy.
