You’ll be responsible for organising and maintaining the Planned Preventative Maintenance System for the bakery. This will mean managing the source of plant spares, maintaining stock levels and monitoring usage. But you won’t just keep things ticking, you’ll work to increase efficiency and performance of the bakery, every day. You’ll need a strong background in an FMCG environment as well as astute practical skills and a strong knowledge of food safety systems. As well as the practical side of things, you’ll need to be really good with people. You’ll be building good relationships both internally and with external suppliers, while advising Engineers and managing, motivating and developing other functions to ensure they achieve goals and targets.
