World class Defence Organisation based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire is currently looking to recruit a Platform Systems Engineer.
Please Note: you must have current SC (Secret Level) Security Clearance.
The contract is initially for 3 months (ongoing after).
The rate on offer is negotiable.
Platform Systems Engineer Job Description:
Platform Systems Engineer to support systems proving of Ground Equipment hardware (Control and Launch Node) within Platform Systems Engineering Team.
Support and manage Element / Sub Element Systems Proving and interpretation of data returning from trials, manage more detailed layers of DVP, support to reviews,
Experience required:
Systems Thinker
Knowledge and experience of platform systems desirable
Knowledge and experience of Intel and VME architecture desirable
Ability to work cross function – Electronics / Mechanical
Ability to work in geographically dispersed team
Ability to manage uncertainty
Self starter
