Pre-Construction Manager

As Pre-Construction Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing an embryonic pre-construction team of estimating and design staff for bids, tenders and pre-contract activities. You will be responsible for the projects from initial enquiry through to the delivery phase handing the projects on to the site project teams. You will have responsibility to the estimating team, assisting with initial estimates and to detailed cost plans. You will also have responsibility for the design co-ordination function as well as identifying and managing contractual risk.


The dealers-construction manager will be from a commercial, production, technical or bid background. You will have experience of working on projects across the education and healthcare, commercial & refurbishment sectors. You will be working for a main contractor and be in a front end role.
