As a Premier Banking Advisor within our Sunderland Contact Centre your role will be to provide an exceptional level of service and financial expertise to our high-value customers. Your aim will be to make our customer’s lives easier by offering top quality products that are well suited to their needs and circumstances, from risk and current accounts to credit cards and lifestyle benefits.You’ll need to have a keen eye for a sales opportunity and know when to refer a customer to one of our Product Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service and sales background, be used to dealing with high-level customers, either in a business-business or business to consumer role and will have worked in a target-driven environment.
