A leading multi-disciplinary design consultancy is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Cardiff.
You be responsible for -
Co-ordinate work with multi-disciplinary teams
Support design management of projects and bids
Develop innovative technical solutions
Undertake Technical Reviews of relevant projects
Act as mentor to less experienced team members and promote learning throughout the technical delivery team
Act as a leader in the promotion of, and compliance with, quality, safety and environmental systems
Play a key role in the development, promotion and implementation of company technical strategies
Interface with clients on project technical, commercial and progress matters
Line management responsibility for assigned staff
Ensure capture of key project and technical knowledge
You will be a chartered engineer with membership of a relevant professional institution and experience in technical delivery of clean and waste water treatment and network projects.
