Exciting Edinburgh-based start-up company seeks a Principal Digital IC Design engineer with skills in the following: digital IC design, ASIC, FPGA, RTL, Verilog, VHDL, verification, synthesis, CMOS IC Design, analog, mixed-signal design, digital filter design, digital signal processing, DSP, design for test, DFT, place and route, P&R, PNR.

My client, a revolutionary start-up company specialising in mixed-signal SoC technology are looking for a Principal Digital IC Design Engineer to join them in central Edinburgh.

Working as part of a small dynamic team, you will be responsible for the digital design part of complex mixed ICs for a range of consumer products, taking full ownership from architecture through to chip implementation.

Candidates need to have a solid background in digital ASIC design for consumer products and / or CMOS IC Design, and have previously worked at senior engineering level. Experience working on digital filter design, low power and/or high speed digital designs using Verilog is of particular interest.
