A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior/principal Marine Ecologist to join a successful International consultancy, based in Glasgow. This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with exciting clients on a wide range of projects.
The successful candidate will hold a degree/MSc in Marine Biology or related field. Candidates with demonstrable experience in relevant environmental consultancy will be at an advantage. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will hold in-depth knowledge in one or more areas of Marine Ecology.
You can expect to be involved with multidisciplinary projects in a variety of sectors, including renewable energy and port and harbour developments. You will be involved in all stages of project development including liaising with clients, staff management and the creation of Environmental Impact Assessments.
Any candidate with demonstrable expertise in project management and experience in marine mammals will be at an advantage.
