Private Client Manager / Senior Manager
Location: Bath
Salary: £35,000 - £65,000
This is a brilliant chance to build and expand a portfolio of PCT clients, acting as their first point of contact and managing the delivery of both tax and other specialist assignments to scope and budget
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and delivery of PCT assignments for a designated range of clients and specialist assignments, coordinating all relevant input to meet client needs, compliance standards and budget
Set work standards, monitor and provide technical guidance to teams, taking appropriate remedial action to ensure work is delivered on time and/or to budget, to client needs and documented to company standards
Ensure that the Account Manager is made aware of any potential overruns, with recommendations in order to justify and obtain additional fees
Prepare tax computations and support the tax consultancy team by highlighting any possible issues and producing appropriate information
Resolve tax issues and produce complete tax files ready for review, proactively supporting the PCT manager in client meetings
Provide feedback for team members, following assignments to support the development of team skills and knowledge and continually improve the quality of work undertaken by the company
Skills:
CTA Qualified and ongoing CPD
Determine scope and budget on allocated clients/assignments
Decide the process for completion of assignments based on the availability of information and other teams
Determines any gaps in tax knowledge of team and takes action to address
Post qualification experience in tax environment, exposed to range of complex assignments or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, experience and competency has been gained
