Our client, an International Consultancy, is seeking to recruit a Senior Wastewater Process Engineer with experience within the wastewater industry, preferably in the design of wastewater, sludge and odour treatment processes. Joining the Process Group, part of their Specialist Water Plant & Process Subdivision, you will provide technical input into projects undertaken by the wastewater process team and provide project management inputs as required. The work may include feasibility studies as well as detailed design and commissioning support for wastewater treatment plant upgrades and refurbishment. You will be expected to assist other senior members of the water & wastewater process teams in mentoring/training graduate team members.
Desired academic, professional qualifications and experience include:
- Minimum B Chem. Eng, BSc, or similar, preferably a post graduate qualification such as an MSc, or PhD.
- Should preferably hold full membership of an appropriate professional body e.g. IChemE or CIWEM.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into an existing wastewater process engineering team
- A good track record and knowledge of the technical aspects of municipal wastewater process engineering reflecting your current experience.
